Registration process and fees:
Click on the link below to register your child.
REGISTRATION:
New members are recommended to attend a free trial class. It will allow the coach to assess the child’s level and assign him/her to a certain group. Call, text or email coach Ivan to schedule a trial. Before you attend the trial class you have to sign the waiver on our website, check all the required boxes and agree to our policies.
The groups are formed by age and skill level. Schedule, timing and formation of groups are subject to change by the coach at any time.
Fees:
We charge a yearly membership fee of 50$ which includes a uniform.
Also this fee serves as a garantor of holding a place in group for your child, and is therefore non-refundable. Please make sure of your ability to commit prior to registering. If you miss classes or your payment is due for more than 1 week, you will not be allowed to participate in practice and may loose your place in a group. In order to restore the attendance, you will have to get on a waitlist for the next available opening.
Payments can be made by cash, check, zelle or venmo.
Each player is required to participate in a tournament or friendly game at least one time during the season if chosen. Fees for these kinds of events are collected separately and may vary.
Cancelation policy:
All programs are refundable with a 15 days notice before the season start date.
If a refund is requested less than 15 days prior to the start of the season, a 25$ non-refundable administration fee will be applied to your refund.
WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS FOR MISSED CLASSES!
Classes missed due to weather, illness, school event, etc. are non-refundable but may be made up in any age- and level-appropriate class during the season. Make-up classes are limited to 3 during the season and should be approved by the coach if there’s an available spot.
A class may be cancelled or postponed by the club to another day and time due to unforseen circumstances. If canceled by the club, either refund (subtraction from the next payment, equivalent to a single class) or a make up class will take place.
Class cancellations due to weather will be sent by email/text and posted on our Heja app and social media.
The main coach may be replaced. We will provide a well-qualified substitute who conforms to the vision of the club.
Refund for the rest of the paid session can be issued if occurs such injury or illness that prevent the player from practice and the player is not able to continue training.
CODE OF CONDUCT – We work to create a safe and encouraging environment for our families. Please notify us in writing if your child has any behavior, social or medical issues we should be aware of. We have zero tolerance for bullying. If proven, the student/parent/guardian will be removed from the club. Members must be respectful towards their coaches, peers and the club space.
